In the theatrical game we have simple and pleasant exercises (eg exercises of movement, relaxation, breathing, reflexes etc), that give the sense of a game.
The psychotherapeutic objectives of theatrical game are:
- Increase in collaboration with the others, the achievement of a common spirit and the solidarity between the patients.
- The control of body and voice, that leads progressively to self-knowledge and the understanding of the deeper problems that occupy the patient.
- The release and identification of sentiments, through work and through the means of expression (body and voice)
- The cultivation of imagination and creativity, characteristics essential for the smooth functioning of the patient while at the Clinic but also outside it.
